*While we make every effort to capture the original colour as near as possible to the real gemstone, the actual colour under the human eye may slightly differ due to different light settings. Please refer to our ‘accuracy of gemstone colours’ under FAQ for further information. Please note that slight natural inclusions and zoning may be present due to the nature of each gemstone.

Care must be taken to maintain the stone's sparkling appearance. It is advised to avoid steam, ultrasonic or chemical cleaning solutions. Clean with warm water, detergent and a soft brush. Avoid exposure to high temperatures.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt for a return of retail gemstones. There will be no returns on custom-ordered gemstones and sale items.
The item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. We require your proof of purchase and any certificates if provided during the purchase. Please note that we will not provide a return until written approval is issued.

What is your return policy for custom-ordered gemstones?
Unfortunately, we will not provide returns to our custom-ordered gemstones.

We provide free express shipping on all orders through Australia Post. We intend to ship the item in 3 to 5 business days.
The price includes all chargers. No hidden fees, we have taken care of everything to give you peace of mind.
