What are your delivery options? 

We provide free express shipping on all orders through Australia Post. We intend to ship the item in 3 to 5 business days. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.  

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes we do. All purchases above $100 will be eligible for free shipping.

Are your gemstones responsibly sourced? 

We can assure you that our gemstones are ethically and responsibly sourced. We are licensed under the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka, the body that regulates the gem mining industry of Sri Lanka.  Our mining techniques adhere to the government regulations and we ensure compliance with environmental and safety measures to promote responsible mining practices.  

After mining activities, all sites go through a land restoration process to mitigate the environmental impact of the activities and rejuvenate the ecosystems that have been disturbed through the process.

This is a critical component in our mining process and we ensure that  effective land restoration methods are followed as this is essential for environmental conservation, sustainable development, and the well-being of surrounding communities.

How accurate are the colours in your images to the original colour of the gemstone? 

While we make every effort to capture the original colour as near as possible to the real gemstone, the actual colour under the human eye may slightly differ due to different light settings. All gemstones are photographed with a Nikon DSLR camera under a diffused light outdoors to ensure the most accurate colour is captured. Please note that slight natural inclusions and zoning may be present due to the nature of each gemstone. 

Can I view the gemstone prior to purchacing? 

Absolutely yes! Drop us an email at admin@manoragems.com.au or call us on 0416776782 

and we will arrange a meeting via a video call so you can view the gemstone before making your purchase.  

Does my gemstone come with a certificate? 

We do not provide gemstone certificates for our collection, but however, an authentication certificate can be provided upon request with an additional payment.  

Payments 

What are my payment options? 

We accept all major credit or debit cards listed in our payment methods. Alternatively, you can use the buy now pay later option with available finance providers listed. 

What is your return policy? 

You have 14 days from the date of receipt for a return of retail gemstones. There will be no returns on custom ordered gemstones and sale items. 

The item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. We require your proof of purchase and any certificates if provided during the purchase. Please note that we will not provide a return until a written approval is issued.
