We will accept all major credit or debit cards listed in our payment methods. Alternatively, you can use the buy now pay later option with available finance providers listed. We provide free express shipping on all orders through Australia Post. We intend to ship the item in 3 to 5 business days.
What’s your policy for custom-ordered stones?
The shipping timelines may vary on custom orders. Please reach us to discuss further, therefore we can provide you with a free quote and an appropriate timeline.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, buy now and pay later options. We accept debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Cartes Bancaires as well as Afterpay and Apple Pay.

Return policy
What is your return policy for gemstones?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt for a return of retail gemstones. There will be no returns on custom-ordered gemstones and sale items.
The item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. We require your proof of purchase and any certificates if provided during the purchase. Please note that we will not provide a return until a written approval is issued.

In your email please include your full name, proof of purchase, reason for return, images and video (5-10 sec) of the item in the same condition.
We will let you know the outcome within 1-2 business days
If the return is accepted we will send further instructions via email
After acceptance, you will be responsible for returning items in the same conditions under our instructions with relevant costs.
If the return is not accepted, we will state the reasons via email
What is your return policy for custom-ordered gemstones?
Unfortunately, we will not provide returns to our custom-ordered gemstones.
Exchange
The easiest way for an exchange will be to return the item as instructed in our returns policy and make a separate purchase for the new item
